Large group accommodation for 8 or more guests

Getting a big group together is easier when everyone is under one roof. The homes on this page each sleep eight or more, and many sleep 12 to 16, with several living areas, big kitchens and dining tables that seat the whole group. Many also have a pool, a spa, a sauna or a games room to keep everyone busy.

Our largest homes are on the Mornington Peninsula, in Mount Martha, Rosebud, Flinders and Portsea, and in the Yarra Valley at Yarra Glen and Healesville. On the Gold Coast our family homes sleep up to 10.

Check the bedding list on each home's page, as it shows exactly which beds are in each room, so you can see who goes where. Large homes book out early for summer, Easter and long weekends, often three to four months ahead. Most of our group stays are two or three nights, and many groups find a midweek stay easier to book and better value.

Our homes are for staying, not for parties or events. Each home's house rules say how many guests it can take and what is allowed.
