Mornington's Main Street is nine minutes south, with its restaurants, wine bars and the Wednesday street market. The wineries of Red Hill and Main Ridge, Peninsula Hot Springs and the ocean beaches of the southern Peninsula are all an easy day trip. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10 PM, including decks, the pool, sauna and alfresco. 4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time. Wedding guests are welcome to stay, but no ceremonies, receptions or pre-wedding gatherings are held at the home. 5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has a noise monitor. 6. No schoolies, bucks or hens bookings. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking and vaping are prohibited both inside and outside the property. 9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property. 10. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 10. 11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking. 12. Guests must not move furniture inside the house. 13. No pets.
