Holiday homes on the Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley, Great Ocean Road and Gold Coast

“Had a great stay in Blairgowrie. Lively Properties were great. Provided lots of information, check in easy and house was as advertised. Location great - Driving distance to Sorrento and Portsea as well as beaches and sites we wanted to visit. Enjoyed the interiors and kitchen inclusions which made it easy to enjoy a few meals at home. Beautifully renovated and of course the artwork was lovely as well.”

“We stayed here as a group of friends (plus one infant) for a relaxing weekend, and this place exceeded every expectation from the photos. The hot tub at night was a highlight, along with the huge outdoor entertaining areas and how the living space opened onto the garden through those massive glass windows. The size of the property genuinely surprised us. With so many rooms and living spaces, our group could gather around the kitchen, dining or lounge, but everyone also had their own quiet corner. Bedrooms were spacious and beautifully finished, and the number of bathrooms made mornings with a big group completely stress-free. The house was spotless, and the garden and pool views were even better in person. Check-in was seamless, the host sent a digital guidebook ahead of time that made everything easy to navigate. Can’t fault a thing. Perfect for families or big groups wanting space, comfort, and somewhere everyone can relax together.”

“Lovely, spacious property with everything you need. A highlight was watching a pod of Dolphins swim-by and the excitement of the steep driveway! We will be back.”

“This was THE most perfect place for us to relax and feel like royalty on such a special and wonderful estate. So many zones for all different styles of relaxing and entertaining - from the outdoor fire, to the hot tub and pool - to living rooms with fireplaces and nooks to read and rest, or spaces for board games and chatting the day away. This home is so special and we felt special in it. Would recommend for families or groups who enjoy beautiful grounds, space to relax, time to unwind and feel like you are in your own private world. We will be back! Thank you for letting us share this amazing property, and for being such amazing hosts. Your attention to details and to us was the best we’ve ever experienced - exceptional service and an exceptional stay.”

“the view of the ocean towards the tip of the peninsula as we walked up the stairs took my breath away!! the house was clean and neat with all the necessary amenities. I really enjoyed looking out towards the ocean as i had my morning coffee and the family dinner we had on the outdoor patio, it was the exact environment we desired for our short family trip!! The host was helpful with our check in but be aware that there are 2 key safes! We loved the stay and would love to return again next summer!”
