The Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show brings boat builders, brokers, marine brands and buyers to the Gold Coast for four days every May. For a dealer team, a brokerage looking after clients or a group of buyers, the hardest part of show week is often the bed: houses nearby that sleep a whole team are rare. Bellagio sleeps twenty, ten minutes from the show, on 200 metres of its own river frontage.

The 2027 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show
The 38th show runs over four days, from Thursday 20 to Sunday 23 May 2027, on the marina at Sanctuary Cove on the northern Gold Coast, and draws more than 40,000 visitors by its own count. These are the details the show has published so far.
- Thursday to Sunday
Opening hours
9am to 5pm every day of the show.
- One day at a time
Tickets
One-day tickets only, sold online or by scanning a QR code at the gate. Prices for 2027 are yet to be announced, and under-16s go free with a paying adult.

Arriving by boat
The Sanctuary Cove marina is closed to private boats during the show. You can anchor in the Coomera River and take the VMR ferry in for a small donation.

- An equipped office and fast connection for the working mornings
- A private chef for the client dinner, in the estate's own kitchen
- Crewed cruise boats and yachts for clients, from your own pontoon
Bellagio is a seven-suite estate on its own point of the river inside Hope Island Resort. The team sleeps under one roof, works from the equipped office or the grand lounges in the morning, and is on the marina at Sanctuary Cove ten minutes later.
After a day on the stand there is a 15 metre pool and heated spa, a floodlit tennis court, a nine-seat cinema and a games room with a bar, snooker and a racing simulator. The chef-ready kitchen and butler's pantry are set up for a private chef, so the client dinner happens at the house, not in a crowded restaurant.
Bellagio is a Partnered Stay, independently owned and hosted. Send us your dates and team size early and we'll check availability with the host and quote show week.
Show week
How a team uses Bellagio for the show
From the pontoonClients on the water
The host's crewed boats collect guests at the estate pontoon: a cruise boat for up to 20, or a yacht for up to 30, for four to seven hours with food and drinks on board. Charters start from $780 an hour.
At the houseThe client dinner
A private chef cooks in the estate's kitchen: a Georgian feast for sharing, or a Modern Australian table of seafood grills and canapés, with the marble lobby and terraces for drinks.
Cars and kartsGetting around
Chauffeured transfers from Brisbane or Gold Coast airport, a LandCruiser Sahara as a second car at $295 a day, and a four-seat golf kart with the stay.
After hoursSwitching off
Tennis under the lights, the spa, a film in the cinema, or the bar and racing simulator in the games room.

Planning
Planning a team stay for the show
- Enquire early, so your dates are held before show week fills up.
- Tell us how many are staying and how many rooms you need, so the bed layout fits the team.
- Ask for the chef, the boat and transfers at the same time, so it all comes back as one quote with the stay.
- Bellagio is from $3,000 a night with a three-night minimum, and check-in is from 3pm. To be there for all four show days, arrive on Wednesday 19 May.
