Welcome at The Pavilion

Four homes, and a private pool at every one. Two are family homes with the pool at ground level: The Pavilion in Mermaid Waters and The Beachside House in Burleigh Heads. The other two are penthouses with a private rooftop pool, and they have a page of their own.

01 · Mermaid Waters

The Pavilion, a saltwater pool and a roof that works in any weather

The Pavilion is a newly built, single-level family home in Mermaid Waters. The kitchen, living room and pool all connect, so everyone stays together, whatever the weather is doing.

  • A fully fenced saltwater pool with a big covered pavilion beside it
  • Adjustable louvres, so you can sit outside in any weather
  • Dining for six, four bar seats at the servery and a lounge for five
  • Open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher and a large fridge with an ice maker and filtered water
  • A cot, a travel cot and a baby bath for the little ones

Kids in the pool while you cook, snacks passed straight out through the servery window, dinner under the pavilion once it cools down. The pavilion's louvres adjust, so the outdoor area works in rain, in wind or at 35 degrees.

Inside there is ducted air conditioning and heating, a ceiling fan in every bedroom and double glazing throughout, so the house stays quiet and cool. It is a short walk to Pacific Fair, the tram and the beach, with Broadbeach's restaurants and The Star close by.

02 · Burleigh Heads

The Beachside House, five bedrooms a short walk from Burleigh

The Beachside House is a relaxed coastal home on a quiet, leafy street in one of Burleigh's most sought-after pockets, moments from Burleigh Headland, James Street and the beach.
