House One
You’ll find an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space downstairs, flowing out to the pool area. Upstairs, there’s a second living room with TV.
You’ll have two master bedrooms with king beds and ensuites. One on each level, with the upstairs room also opening to a private balcony. Down the hallway you’ll find a powder room, a queen bedroom, a bunkroom sleeping four, and a main bathroom with a bath.
Both Homes have lifts to access the upper floor.
House Two
The adjoining home sleeps 10 and includes two queen bedrooms and a bunkroom downstairs (also sleeping four), plus a full bathroom. Upstairs is a light-filled open living and dining area with a balcony with BBQ, fully equipped kitchen with a butler’s pantry, and a master bedroom with king bed, ensuite, and private balcony.
Please note there is a large sliding gate in the backyard opening the 2 spaces up as one. No access between homes from inside.
