Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has a noise monitor. 6. Strictly no schoolies, hens or bucks bookings. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking and vaping are prohibited both inside and outside the property. 9. No pets. Location: Solara sits on the Esplanade between Mornington and Mount Martha, directly opposite the coastal walking trail. Fossil Beach and Coral Cove are a few minutes' walk along the cliff path, and the Dava Hotel and the cafés on Dava Drive are a short stroll away. Mornington's Main Street, with its restaurants, wine bars and the Wednesday street market, is a few minutes' drive or a 30-minute walk along the water. Mount Martha village is around ten minutes south. You are a short drive from the best of the Mornington Peninsula, including The Briars, Arthurs Seat, the wineries of Red Hill and Main Ridge, Peninsula Hot Springs and the ocean beaches of the southern Peninsula. A car is the easiest way to get around the Peninsula. There is off-street parking behind the automatic gates and a double garage with internal access. Please park on the property only, not on the street or nature strip. Melbourne's CBD is about an hour's drive and Melbourne Airport about an hour and 15 minutes, traffic depending. This property follows a strict no party and loud music policy. Guests will be evicted if they break this policy. The property has a noise monitor that alerts our team if noise is unreasonably loud. It measures decibel levels only and does not record audio. For security and guest safety, exterior cameras are installed on the property. These are only in outdoor areas and do not record inside the house or any private spaces. This property doesn't allow any pets. Bins are collected on Thursdays.
