The home sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, with a king master, three queen bedrooms and a children’s room with a single bed, trundle and cot. Three full bathrooms and a powder room make the layout comfortable for both smaller families and larger groups. Outside, the home is designed for year-round stays. The solar heated pool is best enjoyed through the warmer months, while the gas spa and sauna offer a relaxing option when the weather cools. A wood fire inside adds to the atmosphere during winter stays. The spa can be heated for an additional $80 per day and arranged directly with our team before arrival. As the pool is solar heated, its temperature depends on the weather and it is not suitable for swimming during the cooler months. With generous indoor and outdoor living, multiple places to relax and plenty of space to spend time together, Summit House works just as well for a quiet family escape as it does for a shared Peninsula getaway. There is plenty to explore nearby. Walk to Seawinds Gardens and Arthurs Seat State Park, ride the Arthurs Seat Eagle chairlift, spend the day at Peninsula Hot Springs or Alba Thermal Springs, or explore the cellar doors and wineries of Red Hill and the surrounding hinterland. Beaches, restaurants, walking trails and some of the Mornington Peninsula’s best attractions are all within easy reach.
