The home features a king bedroom with a private ensuite, two queen bedrooms and a single bedroom, along with a main bathroom. At the heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen with a butler's pantry, complete with two coffee machines, one for pods and another for freshly ground beans, so your mornings are sorted. The living area is a comfortable place to come together, with a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Outside, the entertaining area is made for long afternoons and relaxed evenings. Fire up the wood-fired pizza oven, cook dinner on the BBQ or gather around the fire pit after a day exploring the Peninsula. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools. 4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time. 5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms. 6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property. 9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property. 10. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 12. 11,. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.
