Partnered Stays are independently owned, self-managed properties. Lively does not run the keys, the cleaners, the pricing, or the on-site experience.
What we do is promote and market them. Each home is reviewed against the Lively standard before it joins the collection - then we put it in front of the audience we've built: guests, our subscriber list, social, and editorial partners.
We send you bookings. You host the guest, keep the rest, and stay in full control. We take 14% + GST, less than the big booking platforms, with no guest fee on top.
