See 46 homesMost of our homes have their own pool, and for a lot of families that is the whole point of the holiday: kids in the water all afternoon while the adults sit in the shade nearby. The grid below shows every home we have with a private pool, across the Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne, the Yarra Valley and the Gold Coast.
On the Mornington Peninsula the pool season is roughly November to April. Some pools are gas heated or heat-pump heated and can be warm most of the year, while solar-heated pools rely on the sun and are cool on grey days. Some homes charge extra for gas heating outside summer. Each home's page says how its pool is heated, and our team can tell you more before you book.
On the Gold Coast, pools are in use all year. Our penthouses in Miami and Coolangatta have private rooftop pools with ocean views, and our family homes in Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach, Mermaid Waters and Runaway Bay have their own pools in the backyard, some next to the canal.
All pools need active adult supervision, and pool gates must be kept closed. Some homes also have a spa or a sauna next to the pool, which we list on each home's page.
