Nepean House gives a big group room to spread out across two levels, with the beach, the pier and the Portsea Hotel a short walk from the front gate. The ground floor is the fun end of the house. Outside, the gas-heated pool runs alongside a timber deck with sun loungers and umbrellas, the outdoor kitchen has a built-in barbecue, and a half basketball court sits at the far end of the yard.
