Our home is in the perfect spot and a wonderful space to retreat to after a beach-filled day with alfresco dining areas and a gorgeous private pool for you to enjoy. The entire home is beautifully styled offering a tranquil space that feels like home. This gorgeous home sleeps up to 10 and has 5 bedrooms and 3 beautifully styled bathrooms. There is also a large media room that also features a study. Plenty of space for everyone. The master bedroom has a King bed and large ensuite bathroom. 4 further bedrooms all have Queen beds. The Beachside House offers a wonderful tranquil setting, indoor/outdoor entertainment areas with quality furnishings and beautiful little touches throughout ensuring guests will all enjoy their stay. Ducted air conditioning and fans keeping you cool on those hot Summer days and central heating for those chilly nights. It really is a home that you will not want to leave. We are happy to welcome (with prior consent) a maximum of 2 non-shedding small dogs (under 10kg). There are two dog doors at the home and there are wonderful dog beaches and dog friendly walks close by. Well behaved dogs are welcome inside but please ensure they are not on the furniture or in any of the bedrooms. Guests enjoy the entire home as well as use of the secure double garage. The Beach House is situated in a prized beachside headland pocket just a short stroll to the beach, shops and dining. Close to Tallebudgera Estuary with its beautiful waters to swim or just relax. The location of this wonderfully private home is perfect from lazy beach days, it's also a surfer's dream, beautiful scenery, walks and exercise parks to enjoy. Everything is close by including beach cafes, fabulous top tier restaurants, several pubs, surf and bowling clubs, unique clothing and foodie shops, exclusive wine bars, classy boutiques and home shopping, organic food, the list of things to do and places to visit is endless. If needed there is nearby public transport offering easy access to the entire Gold Coast. The Beachside House has a secure double garage that guests can use. There is also free street parking nearby. Most amenities are within a short walk or drive. Public transport is available close by as well as the famous E-Bikes that are so familiar when visiting the Gold Coast. Strictly NO parties or events allowed and the responsible adult making the booking must be age 25 or over. This is a very quiet, family friendly area and we ask that all guests respect our neighbours. Please note that only booked guests are allowed to attend the property and use the property facilities.
