The pool is otherwise solar-heated, which may be limited in warmth during overcast or cloudy winter days. **Pool heating requests and payments need to be made no later than 48-hours prior to your arrival date, otherwise we unfortunately will not be able to offer this service during your stay. Minimum of 2-nights pool heating must be paid. The pool heats up to 30 degrees with the gas heating, this is not the same as spa temperatures, and guests should not expect the pool to feel like a spa. Please note, the pool is otherwise solar-heated, which depends on sunny weather for optimal warmth. Key Collecting: Please note that collecting keys after hours isn't possible anymore. Security will be closed by 7:00 pm, but it will cater up until 6:45 pm. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends. 4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time. 5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms. 6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property. __________________________________ Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing which is 16. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted.
